2021 ACES Conference Registration
Due to changes in COVID-19 restrictions, in person registration for the ACES 2021 conference in Atlanta, GA October 5-10, 2021 has been raised to 1200 as of June 1, 2021. Registration will now be for presenters and attendees. Registration will continue to be on a first come, first serve basis. Virtual registration remains an option and virtual attendees can view a livestream track of sessions (24 possible CEs) or watch the recorded sessions for 30 days after the conference. Virtual registrations are not counted in the 1200 total in person registrations.
For presentations with multiple presenters, it is highly encouraged for at least one person from the presentation to register ASAP. No presentations will be cancelled if some members of the presentation team cannot register. It is important to note that although there is Wi-Fi in the meeting space, it is not guaranteed to support remote presenter participation.
Based on communication from the Hyatt Regency, it is expected that social distancing guidelines may allow for more registrations to be added in the future, but the timeline is not guaranteed. The registration adjustment will allow for 3.5-feet social distancing to ensure attendee safety. ACES appreciates your patience and communication will be forthcoming guidelines are changed.

Virtual registration - allows access to a pre-determined track of education sessions, one session for each hour of conference programming totaling 24 potential CEs. Sessions will be live streamed and recorded. Recorded sessions will be available for one month after the live conference ends

CANCELLATION POLICY
A FULL refund will be made if requested in writing or by email by September 15, 2021.
If a cancellation request is received in writing or by email, postmarked by September 30, 2021, ACES will refund your conference registration less a $125 administrative fee.
No refunds will be made after September 30, 2021.
